Shipping and delivery times and methods.
Usually in Italy delivery times vary from 3 to 5 working days. For international shipments, delivery times are estimated at 5/10 working days in Europe and 10/20 working days for the rest of the world. Our shipments are made only with traceable methods and our customers will receive the tracking number after shipment. For International shipments we rely on various couriers (PostNL, Hermes and many others depending on the country of destination and the weight of the package). In some countries, for orders weighing more than 1 kg. Shipping via UPS courier is possible. We use a shipping platform whose pick up service at our office usually takes place twice a week. If the customer wishes a different shipping method from those used by us, he must contact us by e-mail before placing the order. The shipping platform we use obligatorily requires the recipient's phone number, without which it does not accept the collection reservation, so we always ask you to indicate a valid phone number when creating your account in our online store.
