Refund. Pursuant to art. 5 Legislative Decree 185/1999, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written communication within the deadline. If the withdrawal is due to defective or wrong goods, Underground Symphony assumes the burden of transport costs for the return of the goods by agreeing the modalities with the buyer. If the withdrawal is requested due to a mistake or simple reconsideration on the part of the buyer, the cost of the return is at the buyer's expense. The article must be returned intact and without tampering or damage. We refund the customer the full amount paid. In the event of a lost package, after receiving confirmation of the loss from the courier or from Poste Italiane, the customer is 100% guaranteed. If the same item is still available, we will resend it. Otherwise the buyer can choose another one or get a 100% refund. In case of goods returning to the sender due to buyer error (the most typical example is the failure to collect the package at the relevant post office), the buyer will have to pay the costs for returning the package.
