Terms and conditions of use

1. Minimum quantity for orders and information on products for sale.

The minimum order quantity is 1 unit.
Discounts are always available for purchases over 1 piece. There are several special offers in our online shop. If you do not find the special offer you are interested in, write us an email and we will prepare a personalized offer for you.

Shipping costs are currently as follows:
Italy: 7.00 Euros
Europe: 8,00 Euros
Americas, Asia, Africa and Oceania: 10.00 Euros

Most of the products in our shop are new. Many are sealed, others are unsealed because some record labels, especially in the past, put their CDs on the market without sealing. In some cases, when the CDs arrived with the plastic case broken, we removed the cellophane wrapping to verify that the discs and booklets had not been damaged. Since we also have CDs in the shop in the "used" section where there are products that we have received that are not in perfect condition, almost always due to poor care in the packaging of the packages by our suppliers, we always indicate the condition of the product in the description. In addition to using the typical gradations of the collectors market (VG, VG +, NM, M) we have also included a numerical rating scale from 1 to 9).
Unsealed vinyls will be shipped separating the cover from the disc to avoid damage defined in English as "seamsplit".
For sealed vinyls we will separate the disc cover only at the request of the buyer.
Without the buyer's request we will not remove the sealing from the vinyls.
All our shipments are packaged in such a way as to avoid damage to the goods during transport.

 

2. Refund.

Pursuant to art. 5 Legislative Decree 185/1999, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written communication within the deadline. If the withdrawal is due to defective or wrong goods, Underground Symphony assumes the burden of transport costs for the return of the goods by agreeing the modalities with the buyer. If the withdrawal is requested due to a mistake or simple reconsideration on the part of the buyer, the cost of the return is at the buyer's expense. The article must be returned intact and without tampering or damage. We refund the customer the full amount paid.
In the event of a lost package, after receiving confirmation of the loss from the courier or from Poste Italiane, the customer is 100% guaranteed. If the same item is still available, we will resend it. Otherwise the buyer can choose another one or get a 100% refund.
In case of goods returning to the sender due to buyer error (the most typical example is the failure to collect the package at the relevant post office), the buyer will have to pay the costs for returning the package.


3. Shipping and delivery times and methods.

Usually in Italy delivery times vary from 3 to 5 working days. For international shipments, delivery times are estimated at 5/10 working days in Europe and 10/20 working days for the rest of the world.
Our shipments are made only with traceable methods and our customers will receive the tracking number after shipment. For International shipments we rely on various couriers (PostNL, Hermes and many others depending on the country of destination and the weight of the package). In some countries, for orders weighing more than 1 kg. Shipping via UPS courier is possible. We use a shipping platform whose pick up service at our office usually takes place twice a week. If the customer wishes a different shipping method from those used by us, he must contact us by e-mail before placing the order. The shipping platform we use obligatorily requires the recipient's phone number, without which it does not accept the collection reservation, so we always ask you to indicate a valid phone number when creating your account in our online store.

 

4. Invoicing.

All sales documents are issued in Euros.

5. Payment methods.


Currently the payment methods available are the following:
a. Credit card
Payment by credit card takes place through Banca Sella (the Italian leading bank in the electronic payments sector that guarantees maximum security in the management of transactions performed by credit card). Once the order is completed, the customer will be automatically connected to the dedicated page to proceed with the payment.

b. Bank transfer
Available for Italian and European buyers.
Once the order is completed and the bank transfer has been chosen as the payment method, the data to proceed with the payment will automatically appear.

6. Personal data.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties and will be processed for commercial, direct sales, promotional and management purposes.

7. Jurisdiction.

The place of jurisdiction for any dispute is that of Alessandria.
